Job summary

Care Options for Kids in Houston, TX, seeks an Area Director of Business Operations (Home Health) to lead staff delivering excellent customer service, coordinate client services, and build strong client and caregiver relationships.

The role reports to the Business Operations Regional Vice President and requires a Masters or equivalent experience, plus proficiency with Word, Outlook and Excel. In-office/hybrid with regional travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Preferred Masters degree in business, health care administration, or related field.
• Minimum five years of relevant professional experience.
• Intermediate competency with computers and other technology that are utilized to conduct job functions including Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff to provide excellent customer service and coordinate client services.
• Forge strong client and caregiver relationships.
• Partner with executive leadership to define opportunities and prioritize demand based on criteria.
• Monitor business performance and ensure financial stability.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, accreditation standards and policies.
