Job summary

Care Options for Kids seeks an experienced RN supervisor to manage clinical home care staff and ensure the highest quality patient care. The role focuses on coordinating services, maintaining client plans of care, and fostering strong relationships with clients and caregivers.

Under the Area Director of Clinical Services, you will oversee ED and nursing teams, ensure EMR compliance, and drive service excellence across the region.

Qualifications

• Current and Active RN license.
• 3 years RN work experience required.
• Home Health Care: 1 year required.
• 1+ years supervisory experience in home health/administration required.

Responsibilities

• Assists with planning, coordination, leading, controlling, and evaluating of home care services.
• Leads the coordination and management of home care clinical services.
• Acts as a liaison with the medical community, clients, and branch personnel.
• Directs and supervises professional and auxiliary personnel rendering client care services.
• Ensures that the client’s plan of care is created and executed as written.
• Ensures appropriate health care professional performs assessments and reassessments as health status changes.
• Develops standards to ensure safe and effective services to clients and families.
• Plans, directs, and evaluates implementation of service goals and objectives.
• Maintains confidentiality of medical and personnel records within scope of position.
• Works with EMR to ensure client charts are maintained and compliant with standards.
• Provides coaching and EMR training to new staff and peers.
