Job summary

Fellowship of Christian Athletes is seeking a Director to grow the ministry by praying, staffing, and funding the area through the Advancement Lanes. You will lead staff and volunteers, recruit and develop personnel, and align with regional leadership to fulfill FCA’s vision and mission in the assigned area.

You will oversee fundraising, budget execution, and donor engagement while modeling biblical conduct and spiritual leadership.

Qualifications

• Agree with FCA's Christian Community Statement.
• Daily prayer and Bible study to seek the Lord's will for the ministry.
• Lead, conduct and provide spiritual leadership for staff, volunteers, coaches and athletes.
• Be connected to and participate in a local church through worship and weekly involvement.
• Conduct yourself in a manner that affirms biblical standards of conduct.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, hiring, training and developing staff to fulfill the ministry plan.
• Train staff to empower coaches and athletes to be disciples who make disciples.
• Oversee donor relations, budgets, and fundraising plans to advance FCA ministry.
• Mobilize staff and volunteers to pray, give, and go in alignment with FCA policies.
