Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years operations experience.
• Minimum of 5 years management experience.
• Minimum of 3 years business development experience.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience managing profit & loss and key performance indicators.
• A valid firearms permit or ability to pass firearms licensing requirements.
• Must be 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to organize market logistics and develop the organization.
• Ensure market excellence by delivering high-quality operations.
• Own customer performance and relationships with Branch and leadership.
• Proactively manage risk and loss prevention.
• Lead, coach, and develop team leaders with focus on performance management.
• Serve as liaison between market leadership and corporate partners.
• Drive financial and operational results by holding leaders accountable.
• Establish and sustain a culture of accountability and engagement.
• Travel regularly within the assigned market (approximately 40-70%).
