Job summary

National Technologies (NTI), a Network Connex Company, is seeking an Associate Project Manager to administer assigned construction projects, with fieldwork and possible weekend or after-hours work. You will assist in building project plans, SOWs, BOMs, and scheduling, while tracking multiple projects and ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.

This role requires collaboration with PMs, conduct of site walks, and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• PMP or equivalent certification; or minimum 1 year managing critical environment construction.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and estimate labor/materials.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision of PM/SPM, work on assigned projects and help build project plans, SOW, BOM, materials orders and scheduling.
• Track and coordinate multiple projects concurrently.
• Review projects for accuracy, profitability, and alignment with values.
• Join PM inspections of field projects and participate in pre-construction meetings.
• Ensure plans and expectations align with conditions and manage resource scheduling to meet timelines.
• Prepare reports and close-out documents per job requirements.
• Be available 24/7 to support customers and teams for urgent needs.
