Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand customer-provided prints.
• Deep understanding of electrical infrastructure construction and conduit installation.
• Experience in managing subcontractors and relationships.
• Knowledge of municipality standard practices in designated regions.
• Experience in telecom infrastructure project management.
• Understanding of building permit processes and material tracking.
• Proficient in construction documentation and closeout handling.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• 100% on-site work and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project execution, including scope, cost, safety, quality, schedule and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare status reports and maintain project trackers.
• Deliver projects within timeframes and funding constraints to meet quality standards.
• Track audit findings and ensure timely corrections.
• Closeout documentation review before submission to PM.
• Capture and submit change orders to PM.
• Coordinate material delivery and schedule construction to meet budget.
• Enter project financial progress in the accounting system.
• Conduct site walks for bids and design to standards.
• Perform weekly quality audits of crews and safety analyses.
• Lead daily tailgate safety meetings.
