Job summary

National Technologies (NTI), a Network Connex Company, is a premier turnkey installer of fiber optic and data center infrastructure. The Senior Construction Manager will oversee field execution for large, complex projects, mentoring Construction Managers and coordinating across disciplines to deliver on time, safely and within budget.

You will translate operational priorities into field plans, ensure adherence to NTI standards, and serve as escalation point for field execution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required; further education preferred.
• Associate’s degree in Construction Management or related field is desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Business Management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level oversight to multiple crews and field leadership across projects.
• Establish and enforce daily kickoffs, shift handoffs, and production reviews.
• Oversee execution against IFC drawings, scopes, and schedules; ensure safety and quality.
• Lead recovery plans for underperforming work fronts and escalate changes to PM.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve field obstacles and optimize productivity.
• Mentor Construction Managers and develop succession plans.
• Monitor labor budgets, overtime, productivity, and material waste trends.
• Ensure accurate daily reports, headcounts, and QA/QC records.
• Represent NTI in customer coordination meetings and escalations.
