Job summary

The Fellowship of Christian Athletes seeks a Director of Advancement to grow the ministry by praying, staffing, and funding across Ministry, Board, Donor, Talent and International lanes. This role aligns with the Regional VP, staff and boards to implement a strategic ministry plan and live FCA values while developing discipleship across sports environments.

You will lead staff and volunteers, recruit and develop coaches, manage donor relationships, and oversee budgeting and fundraising

Qualifications

• Experience leading staff and volunteers in a ministry or sports-based environment.
• Strong fundraising and donor relationship management skills.
• Strategic ministry planning and execution across multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Agree with and abide by FCA's Christian Community Statement.
• Provide spiritual leadership and develop staff and volunteers through prayer, Bible study, and worship.
• Lead staffing, hiring, and development to empower coaches and athletes to disciple others.
• Oversee donor engagement, budgeting, and fundraising plans across regions.
• Coordinate with boards and regional leadership to advance ministry goals across environments.
