Job summary

Fellowship of Christian Athletes seeks a Director to grow the ministry by praying, staffing, and funding the area through the Advancement Lanes. The Director collaborates with the Regional Vice President, staff, and boards to fulfill the FCA vision, pursue the FCA mission, and live the FCA values by executing a ministry plan for the assigned area.

In the FCA Sports Environment, the Director creates a strategic, consistent approach to discipleship — making disciples who make disciples.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and people development skills.
• Ability to recruit, hire, train and develop staff.
• Experience fundraising and budget management.

Responsibilities

• Provide spiritual leadership for staff, volunteers, coaches and athletes through prayer, Bible study, worship and living by example.
• Oversee recruiting, hiring, training and development of staff.
• Fundraising and financial management for FCA ministry.
• Engage with boards and donors to advance the ministry.
• Mobilize staff and volunteers to pray, give, and go in the International Region.
