Qualifications
2+ years of supervisory (mid-to-upper management) experience.
5 years experience in residential programs or services for individuals with disabilities.
Multi-site or multi-state management experience.
Valid driver’s license with a driving record that meets agency insurance requirements.
Responsibilities
Oversee all programs and services in the assigned geographic region.
Provide leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight.
Manage budgets and ensure fiscal compliance.
Supervise program development and staff training.
Expand and develop new and existing business units.
Represent the company in local, state, and regional workgroups.
Assess organizational risk and implement risk management protocols.
