Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory (mid-to-upper management) experience.
• 5 years experience in residential programs or services for individuals with disabilities.
• Multi-site or multi-state management experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a driving record that meets agency insurance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all programs and services in the assigned geographic region.
• Provide leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight.
• Manage budgets and ensure fiscal compliance.
• Supervise program development and staff training.
• Expand and develop new and existing business units.
• Represent the company in local, state, and regional workgroups.
• Assess organizational risk and implement risk management protocols.
• Respond to customer and employee concerns.
