Impact You Can Make

The Area Director, Cardiac Surgery (ADC), will lead and coordinate the efforts of the Cardiac Sales Managers and Cardiac Ablation Specialists. Responsibilities include data analysis, proactive planning, and managing communication between the field and senior management. Key duties:

• Drive brand awareness, product presence, and revenue for AtriCure's products
• Set sales forecasts and performance goals
• Coordinate with Marketing and Education teams
• Monitor sales data weekly and adjust strategies accordingly
• Maintain regular communication with direct reports
• Update the field on product knowledge, initiatives, and trends
• Develop strategic relationships within the area and support key accounts
• Create business plans for strategic accounts to deliver value and growth
• Represent the company at national and regional events

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of successful medical device sales or management experience
• Understanding of business drivers for growth and profitability
• Ability to identify obstacles and develop solutions
• Strategic thinking aligned with long-term business plans
• Ability to travel up to 50%
• Ability to pass hospital credentialing processes
