Arkansas Children's Hospital is seeking an on-site Radiology Department Scheduler/Administrative support role. This full-time position belts out coordination for staffing and payroll within the Radiology Administration, Monday–Friday days (40 hours/week) and requires 3 years of relevant work experience.
Most new hires start between $19.30-$24.10 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. No formal education required, though a high school diploma or GED is recommended.

Scheduling staff based upon patient acuity levels and budgetary guidelines. Ensuring payroll is prepared for approval and maintains correct staffing/budgetary records and statistics.
No education requirements
High school diploma or GED or equivalent
3 years of relevant experience; HS Diploma or GED may substitute for 2 years of work experience
Develops and maintains unit/department schedules.
Collaborates regarding flexing staffing between units/departments based on patient acuity levels and budgetary guidelines.
Participates in managing the unit/department business operations and budget.
Maintains the Payroll System for assigned unit/department and reconciles discrepancies.
Provides clerical and administrative support.
Performs environmental rounds to assess maintenance, equipment and supply needs and provides appropriate follow-up action.
Performs other duties as assigned.
