Qualifications

• 2+ years of culinary experience in workplace dining, restaurants, or catering.
• Ability to travel daily between multiple workplace dining locations — valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen equipment operation.
• Strong teamwork, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned workplace dining locations to provide culinary support.
• Prepare and cook breakfast, lunch, and catered meals per recipes and production sheets.
• Set up and break down food stations, keeping area clean and organized.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and rotating products (FIFO) and food safety.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
• Maintain high standards of food presentation and portion control.
• Support catering and special events as needed.
• Communicate with on-site chefs, managers, and team members for smooth service.
• Provide feedback on menu items and suggest improvements.

The Hourly Traveling Cook supports multiple corporate dining accounts by preparing and serving high‑quality meals in accordance with company recipes, standards, and safety guidelines. This role requires flexibility, adaptability, and strong culinary skills to ensure seamless food service operations across multiple sites.

What You'll Do:

• Prepare and cook breakfast, lunch, and catered meals according to standardized recipes and production sheets.

Schedule & Compensation:

• Hourly position; schedule varies by assignment; Monday-Friday
• Compensation -$27.00 per hour
• Travel allowance may be provided.
