HBX Group is seeking an Area Manager – Contracting to lead Contracting Managers and drive regional commercial strategies across hotel partnerships. You will shape sourcing strategy, deliver growth, and ensure execution excellence through data-driven decision making.

Reporting to Regional Management, you will coach managers, monitor KPIs, negotiate with hotel groups, and collaborate cross-functionally with Revenue Management, Marketing, and Operations to maximize profitability and customer value

Formación

• Significant experience in commercial, contracting, sourcing, or hotel partnership roles.
• Proven experience managing and developing teams.
• Fluent English; additional languages are highly valued.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism Management, Hospitality, or related discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Regional Manager to deploy corporate and commercial strategies across the area.
• Lead and develop Contracting Managers to meet objectives and growth goals.
• Monitor KPIs and drive revenue growth through contracting strategies.
• Manage hotel partnerships and participate in high-level negotiations with key accounts.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management, G&DS, Marketing, Operations and other teams to align strategies.
