Job summary

McDonald’s is seeking a Construction Manager to support reinvestment and site development efforts from the Dallas Field Office, covering Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana and nearby areas. The role emphasizes market analysis, portfolio development, and coordinating construction with operators.

You will lead development plans, ensure construction standards, and work across Real Estate and Operations to optimize restaurant performance and capital returns. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Construction management experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business, or Management preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel regionally up to 50%+.

Responsibilities

• Support the Reinvestment team in the Dallas Field Office.
• Partner with the Area Real Estate Manager to analyze market potential.
• Create the vision plan for the existing restaurant portfolio.
• Coordinate construction processes and manage contracts and timing.
• Ensure accurate portfolio databases and timely updates.
• Develop plans to meet portfolio returns and capital priorities.
• Coordinate with Owner Operators and Operations on project scope.
• Maintain quality control for site development and construction.
