Overview

UP TO $24 HOURLY with FULL BENEFITS, VACATION & 401K

WE SPECIALIZE IN RESIDENTIAL SUNROOMS & SCREEN ROOMS. EXPERIENCE WITH THESE PRODUCTS IS PREFERRED

The Measure/Breakout/Order role involves measuring, breaking out, and ordering materials for installation by visiting customers' homes and reviewing the job as outlined by the salesperson. The position requires actual measurement of the job and checking for potential installation issues. Jobs will be broken out on the computer to prepare for ordering.

Responsibilities

1. Maintain branch production timelines within job duties
2. Check jobs for potential installation problems
3. Review concerns with Operations Superintendent and Regional Operations Manager
4. Break out jobs on computer
5. Break out/order all peripheral/non-PE materials and prepare lists for ordering prior to installation
6. Create a list of all materials for proper job staging in the warehouse
7. Review contract with customer
8. Deal positively with customers and employees
9. Prepare/review jobs for CAD, zoning, HOA, and/or permitting as needed
10. Handle permit drop-off/pick-up as needed
11. Perform service work as required
12. Coordinate with subcontractors regarding foundation or PE breakout/installation questions
13. Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Three to five years of product experience as an installer and/or carpenter. Must understand all product lines and be able to diagnose and resolve service issues. Proficient with various power and hand tools. Effective communication skills with customers and team members. Computer knowledge is advantageous.

Performance Expectations:

1. Achieve customer service survey scores of 90% or higher
2. Complete projects in line with branch production timelines
3. Manage inventory and materials according to GDI branch forecasts
