PulteGroup is seeking a skilled Construction Manager for our Central and North New Jersey communities. You will oversee all construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery while mentoring managers and coordinating with procurement, land, and product teams.

Ideal candidates have a university degree and 6-8 years of experience in construction management, with strong communication and budgeting abilities.

Formación

• Requires University degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 6-8 years of relevant construction management experience.
• Ability to manage construction processes in a high production environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience directing and managing trade performance.
• Knowledge of building codes and permitting processes.

Responsabilidades

• Direct all aspects of construction for assigned communities.
• Coach/mentor Construction Managers to improve performance.
• Ensure adherence to Pulte policies and budgets.
• Review designs for code compliance and safety.
• Oversee quality control and safety programs.
• Manage relationships with customers, trades, and municipal entities.
• Negotiate field purchase orders for materials and labor.
