Taco Bell is seeking an Area Coach to lead 4–10 franchise restaurants, ensuring each RGM meets operating plans. You will hire, coach, and develop management staff, drive customer satisfaction, and analyze regional financial performance.

The role emphasizes proactive leadership, program rollout, and maintaining positive relationships with employees and customers across stores.

Qualifications

• 5 years of multi-unit management experience.
• Proven coaching and development of managerial staff.
• Strong customer satisfaction and financial performance track record.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic business math and accounting skills.
• Basic PC literacy and driving license.
• Willingness to travel between stores daily.

Responsibilities

The Area Coach (AC) provides overall leadership and direct supervision of approximately 4 - 10 Taco Bell restaurants to ensure that each Restaurant General Manager (RGM) meets or exceeds the Annual Operating Plan established for their individual unit.

Role

• People Role model the How We Work Together Principles.
• Find and hire and develop the best RGMs, Assistant General Managers and Shift Managers.
• Coach your RGMs on the "4 Rights" in their restaurants and provide regular feedback during 1:1 sessions.
• Take action without being told, go beyond what is simply required and maintain a high activity level.
• Understand how customers are viewing your restaurants through scheduled visits and detailed analysis (VOC and CORE).
• Lead product and program rollouts with your RGMs to ensure success.

Requirements

• 5 years of successful, operational multi-unit management experience.
• Demonstrated track record of workplace achievement in the selection, coaching and development of managerial employees.
• Proven ability to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction, financial performance and employee satisfaction
• Good communication skills and strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Exceptional team building capability.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical decision making skills.
• Basic personal computer literacy
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Must be able to travel between designated stores daily
