Staab Management, a Midwest Pizza Hut franchise, is seeking an Area Coach to lead and develop Restaurant General Managers across multiple locations. You will coach teams, drive sales, profit, and guest satisfaction, and ensure top operation standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience (QSR preferred).
• Proven leadership and team development skills.

• Organized, results-driven, and able to manage multiple locations.
• Flexible schedule and ability to travel.
