Job summary

Taco Bell franchisee in the New York region seeks an Area Coach to lead 4–10 restaurants and ensure each Restaurant General Manager delivers the Annual Operating Plan.

You will recruit, hire and develop RGMs and Shift Managers, coach on the How We Work Together principles, analyze VOC and CORE results, and drive customer satisfaction and financial performance.

Qualifications

• 5 years of operational multi-unit management experience.
• Proven coaching and development of managerial staff.
• Proven ability to achieve customer satisfaction and financial performance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional team-building capability.
• Basic business math and analytical decision making.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Must travel between stores daily.
• Background checks are required for management staff.

The Area Coach (AC) provides overall leadership and direct supervision of approximately 4 - 10 Taco Bell restaurants to ensure that each Restaurant General Manager (RGM) meets or exceeds the Annual Operating Plan established for their individual unit.

Requirements

The ideal candidate for the Area Coach position will possess:

• 5 years of successful, operational multi-unit management experience.
• Demonstrated track record of workplace achievement in the selection, coaching and development of managerial employees.
• Proven ability to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction, financial performance and employee satisfaction
• Good communication skills and strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Exceptional team building capability.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical decision making skills.
• Basic personal computer literacy
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Must be able to travel between designated stores daily
