Job summary

Pizza Hut, a Staab Management franchise in the Midwest, is seeking an Area Coach to develop Restaurant General Managers, build strong teams, and drive sales and guest experience across multiple locations.

You will analyze P&L, manage labor and costs, and execute company initiatives while traveling as needed; 5+ years leadership experience and strong business acumen are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience (QSR preferred).
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Strong business and financial acumen with P&L experience.
• Organized, results-driven and able to travel.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Restaurant General Managers across locations.
• Build strong, engaged teams and future leaders.
• Drive sales, profit, and key performance metrics.
• Ensure high standards for operations, food quality, and guest experience.
