hcaoa-careers is seeking an Area Care Tech (ACT) to support clients when regular staff are unavailable. This role offers variety, flexibility, and the chance to make a meaningful impact across multiple homes.

Ideal candidates are experienced caregivers or CNAs who thrive in fast-paced environments, are dependable, and comfortable documenting care activities while coordinating with families and supervisors.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older.
• Active CNA or PCA license preferred or willingness to obtain PCA.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Clean background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal hygiene and grooming.
• Supporting safe mobility and transfers.
• Performing light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Offering companionship and emotional support.
• Documenting care activities and reporting changes in client condition.
• Responding quickly to client needs across homes.

• Responding quickly to client needs in various homes across assigned areas

What We're Looking For:

• Age 18 or older

• Current auto insurance


• Clean background check and drug screening


• Willingness to travel to client homes as needed
