LanceSoft, Inc. is seeking an Area Business Director to drive aesthetic laser capital equipment sales, develop new business, and mentor sales teams in the New York territory.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in aesthetic laser sales, a proven quota track record, leadership experience, and a willingness to travel up to 60%. You will manage end-to-end sales cycles, demonstrations, negotiations, and physician relationships while maintaining pipelines and forecasts in Salesforce.

Formación

• 3–5+ years of successful aesthetic laser capital equipment sales experience.
• Experience working for a direct competitor in the aesthetic laser industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Sales awards such as President's Club or Top Sales Representative preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, or sales coaching experience.
• Strong cold-calling, business development, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% within the assigned territory.
