Job summary

Ōnin Group is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to grow our client base in Arkansas. You’ll generate new business, build partnerships, and collaborate with branch teams to deliver staffing solutions in manufacturing, logistics, and warehousing sectors.

In this fast-paced, relationship-driven role, you’ll conduct door knocks, cold calls, and client meetings to meet activity goals, while representing Ōnin in the community and contributing to a performance-driven culture.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of outside sales or business development experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or warehousing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business across a variety of industries and company sizes.
• Conduct door knocks, cold calls, and client meetings to meet weekly activity goals.
