Job summary

Third Future Schools in Killeen, TX is seeking an ARD Facilitator to support special education documentation in a high-performing charter school network. The role is full-time and in-person, with responsibilities focused on ARD documentation, data collection, and compliance across IEP processes.

You will work with teachers, service providers, and families to ensure accurate PLAAFPs, goals, accommodations, and timely ARD meetings, while maintaining secure records and updating district information

Qualifications

• Responsibilities related to ARD documentation and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Draft and finalize ARD meeting documents, including PLAAFPs and service pages.
• Ensure paperwork aligns with IDEA, state regulations, and district guidelines.
• Collaborate with teachers and service providers to gather data for IEPs.
• Attend ARD meetings (virtually or in person) as needed.
• Maintain confidential student records and update district databases (eSped, SEIS, Frontline).
• Monitor timelines to ensure ARDs are conducted within legal timeframes.
