Job summary

Worley Group, Inc is seeking a Tire Technician for a remote/rotational position based at Prudhoe Bay, AK. The job involves repairing and replacing tires on light and heavy equipment in shop and field locations, with extensive overtime and on-site meals, lodging, and transport between Anchorage and Prudhoe Bay.

Candidates should have 2–3 years of tire experience, a high school diploma or GED, and NSTC certification training if needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• NSTC certification training offered by Worley if needed.
• 2–3 years tire repair/replacement experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs tire repair or replacement on vehicles and heavy equipment in shop and field.
• Drives a tire truck to remote areas to access equipment.
• Uses jacks, hoists, and tire machines to remove and install tires.
• Performs tire repairs and balancing as required.
• Prepares inventory of repaired flats for spare use on site.
• Collaborates with Parts and other Tire Technicians to manage inventory.
