Job summary

Worley is seeking a Scaffold Crew Lead for an Arctic project. This remote/rotational role spans approximately one year, with an anticipated start in October/November 2026.

The Lead will direct scaffold crews on-site, ensuring safety and compliance with job criteria and Worley specifications in challenging conditions. The position features an 84-hour work week, meals and lodging on location, and transportation between Anchorage and Prudhoe Bay.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years' experience as a competent scaffold builder.
• One (1) year experience in a crew-based scaffold or applicable leadership position.
• Petrochemical, oilfield, or arctic experience.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to be insured by Worley's auto insurer.
• North Slope Training Cooperative (NSTC) certification training available through Worley.

Responsibilities

• Construct, erect, maintain and dismantle scaffold per OSHA, ADOSH, client, and Worley specifications.
• Lead on-site scaffold crew and supervise daily work.
• Estimate material take-offs for scaffold building.
• Record daily labor hours and report to Foreman or timekeeper.
• Ensure safety and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Attend safety, technical, and development trainings.
• Mentor new crew members and verify mentoring processes.
