Job summary

Worley is seeking a Project Scaffold Lead (Construction) on a remote/rotational basis in Alaska. The role supports a Prudhoe Bay project with intense on-site leadership over scaffold crews, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance.

The position requires strong experience with scaffold systems, crane signaling, and field leadership in petrochemical/oilfield environments, with Arctic conditions and long rotations.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years’ experience as a competent scaffold builder.
• One (1) year experience in a crew-based scaffold or applicable leadership position.
• Petrochemical, oilfield, or arctic experience.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to be insured by Worley’s auto insurer.
• North Slope Training Cooperative (NSTC) certification training may be provided by Worley.

Responsibilities

• Construct, erect, maintain and dismantle scaffold per OSHA, ADOSH, client, and Worley specifications.
• Lead scaffold crews and direct work based on crew size and job complexity.
• Perform safety and productivity observations and inspections of shop, field, vehicle, and scaffold components.
• Record daily labor hours and report to Foreman or timekeeper.
• Act as on-site single point of contact for the work crew and supervisor.
• Estimate material take-offs for scaffold builds and ensure availability.
• Mentor new crew members and support skill development.
• Attend safety and technical trainings and ensure compliance with policies.
