The role involves planning, budgeting, coordinating with client and Worley functions, and driving HSE compliance in a harsh Arctic environment. On-site meals, lodging, and travel between Anchorage and Prudhoe Bay are provided.

Qualifikationen

• Five (5) years of supervisory experience in oil and gas field services
• Five (5) years of crew-based driver/operator leadership in Prudhoe Bay
• Proficiency with Windows and MS Office suite
• Valid driver’s license and ability to be covered by Worley insurance
• High School diploma or equivalent (GED)

• Lead day-to-day activities for Roads and Pads team.
• Support decision making, guidelines, and goals to meet HSE and delivery objectives.
• Maintain close client relations to ensure compliance with specifications and schedules.
• Own performance elements of the Roads and Pads team.
• Provide HSE guidance and leadership to team leads.
