Job summary

Worley is seeking an Overhead Door & Building Maintenance Technician for Prudhoe Bay, AK. The role includes routine maintenance of building systems, installation and service of doors, and adherence to safety policies in a remote Arctic environment.

Qualifications

• Background in at least two of: building maintenance, HVAC, mechanics, electrical/controls, pipefitting/plumbing.
• 6–12 months of overhead door installation experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required; NSTC certification optional.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to meet Worley insurer requirements.
• Willingness to work remote Arctic environments and rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and replacement of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, mechanical, and electrical work.
• Install, maintain, and service overhead doors and door operating systems; ensure compliance with codes.
• Procure parts via computerized systems and manage maintenance records.
• Operate lift equipment and rigging; assess balance, weight, and cable lengths.
• Attend safety meetings and follow Worley safety policies.
