Worley Group, Inc is seeking a Heavy-Duty Field Oiler for a remote/rotational assignment at Prudhoe Bay, AK. The role entails maintaining and lubricating heavy equipment and vehicles, with a demanding 84-hour weekly schedule and on-site meals and lodging provided.

In this Arctic environment, candidates should have related maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, NSTC certification readiness, and the ability to work with mechanics and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Two years as a mechanic or oiler in heavy construction or a preventive maintenance shop.
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Valid driver's license and ability to be covered by Worley's auto insurer.
• NSTC certification training may be provided by Worley.

Responsibilities

• Verify and perform preventive maintenance on heavy and non-mobile equipment and light duty vehicles.
• Check and maintain oil, grease and lubricants levels per procedures.
• Inspect belts, hoses, and leaks; document maintenance.
• Coordinate repairs with shop foreman and perform minor repairs/adjustments.
• Routinely operate Worley/client vehicles/equipment; climb ladders safely.
