Job summary

ASRC Energy Services, LLC (AES) on the North Slope of Alaska seeks an Equipment Operator to operate and maintain heavy machinery and support construction and maintenance projects. You will perform daily inspections, monitor load charts, and follow safety protocols to ensure efficient material movement.

The role requires a valid US driver’s license, NSTC safety training or the ability to obtain it, and a willingness to work a demanding 80.5-hour week on a 4x2 rotation in a remote Arctic

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to work 80.5 hours per week on a 4x2 rotation is required.
• Possess a valid US driver’s license.
• Have or be able to acquire NSTC safety training certification.

Responsibilities

• Operate loader, excavator, aerial lifts and other heavy equipment.
• Use load charts to ensure equipment capacity.
• Maintain radio communication with crew and follow hand signals.
• Perform daily inspections of cables, ropes, hooks, and other components.
• Schedule and perform routine maintenance on equipment.
