Job summary

Fairweather is seeking a Program Support Coordinator to provide integrated operational and logistics support for the exploration program. You will coordinate and track fuel, water, wastewater, camp and other resources from planning through mobilization and demobilization, serving as the central point for vendors and field leadership.

This role supports seasonal planning from the Anchorage office and may rotate on the Western North Slope during the winter exploration season, requiring strong

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating fuel deliveries for field operations.
• Ability to track fuel, water, equipment and service dates.
• Strong communication with vendors, camp staff and leadership.
• Ability to prioritize deliveries to support safe, efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate fuel deliveries to exploration locations and track volumes.
• Maintain tracking of water, wastewater, equipment rental periods, and service end dates.
• Dispatch auxiliary equipment and resources to meet program priorities.
• Coordinate with remote camp operators to confirm resource availability.
• Assist exploration field leadership with operational tasks as required.
• Ensure safety and compliance in field operations.
