Job summary

BlackFish Federal LLC is seeking a Material Handler to support the National Archives and Records Administration in a warehouse records storage environment. The role involves locating, moving, and preparing records for scanning, with emphasis on accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain government security clearance.
• Able to perform in a labor-intensive warehouse environment.
• Able to lift 30–50 lbs and climb ladders up to 15 ft.

Responsibilities

• Locate containers on shelving using pull lists and reports.
• Move containers to designated areas and verify pull lists.
• Palletize and shrink wrap disposable records as required.
• Retrieve batched requests and sign out in logbooks.
• Prepare documents for scanning and verify image quality.
• Enter data in spreadsheets using handheld device.
