You will work in an agile squad with infrastructure teams, developers, and product owners, handling mission-critical applications with real-time dependencies. The position is a 1-year assignment starting ASAP, with a pay range of 60–70 USD per hour.

Our client is seeking an experienced, proactive systems support engineer to join a team that manages archive solutions for electronic documents, meeting legal and regulatory obligations. You'll bring a strong background supporting mission-critical applications.

These systems have real-time business dependencies and run on cloud and on-premises infrastructure in a mixed UNIX and Windows environment.

You'll work in an agile squad with mixed skill sets as an equal contributor, collaborating with infrastructure teams, application developers, product owners, and internal customers. Prior experience in a dynamic, real-time environment is desirable.

What You’ll Do

• Support and troubleshoot mission-critical applications and infrastructure
• Manage change, incident, and problem processes using ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, following ITIL practices
