Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking an experienced leader for its architectural design function to define vision, direction, and priorities across business units. This role partners with senior executives to align architectural strategy with operational delivery and digital transformation, and to champion integration of self-perform work and prefabrication into design practice.

You will guide development of architectural capabilities, tools, and data environments to support digitally enabled delivery

Qualifications

• 25+ years of experience in architectural design, management, or leadership.
• Registered Architect (RA) license required. LEED AP certification preferred. DBIA certification or similar credential preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic and operational leadership for DPR's architectural design function across business units.
• Defines vision, direction, and priorities for architectural services to advance integration, innovation, and design excellence.
• Champions enterprise-wide integration of DPR Self-Perform Work and prefabrication into architectural design strategy, guiding use of VDC to establish a scalable data environment.
