The role focuses on integrating self-perform work and prefabrication into design strategy, leveraging VDC to create a scalable, data-driven delivery model that supports long-term value creation.

Qualifications

• 25+ years of experience in architectural design, management, or leadership.
• Licensed as Registered Architect (RA) is required.
• LEED AP certification and DBIA certification or similar are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Defines vision, direction, and priorities for architectural services across the enterprise.
• Leads development of architectural capabilities, tools, and digital design systems.
• Champions integration of DPR Self-Perform Work and prefabrication into architectural strategy.
• Oversees standards, processes, and resource planning for architecture teams.
