Job summary

Stratus is seeking a Project Manager to lead architectural projects from inception to completion. You will manage scope, schedule, and budget while coordinating multidisciplinary teams and maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities include drafting schedules and budgets, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving project profitability. The role supports a hybrid work model and professional growth within a collaborative design firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Proficiency in design software (Revit & AutoCAD).
• 5–7 years of project management experience in Architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects through all phases, from concept to construction.
• Serve as main client contact, provide updates and manage expectations.
• Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure integration.
• Ensure compliance with codes, safety standards, and regulations.
• Conduct regular project meetings to review progress and address issues.
• Oversee quality control to meet design and technical standards.
• Review construction documents to ensure alignment with design.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues.
• Manage project financials, track costs, and maintain profitability.
• Identify risks early and develop mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with business development on proposals and opportunities.
• Ensure closeout activities such as punch lists and post-occupancy evaluations.
• Foster strong client relationships for future projects.
• Engage in continuous improvement by applying lessons learned.
