Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
5+ years of experience in architectural design for large-scale projects
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp for creating accurate models and drawings

Responsibilities

Develop design solutions and architectural concepts for mid-to-large-sized projects with senior designers
Prepare detailed construction documents, drawings, specs and 3D models
Research materials, codes and zoning regulations for compliance
Coordinate with structural, mechanical and electrical engineers to integrate systems
Collaborate with clients and teams to ensure project alignment with goals
Assist in managing timelines, deliverables and communication with stakeholders
Participate in construction administration, site visits, submittal reviews
Contribute to quality control by reviewing deliverables against standards
