Job summary

CESO, Inc. seeks an Architecture Manager to lead design development and delivery across a diverse portfolio. You will guide teams, mentor staff, and oversee budgets while upholding standards and QA/QC.

With RA licensure and 12+ years' experience, you’ll drive cross-office collaboration, ensure client program alignment, and support continuous improvement. Hybrid schedule, strong benefits, and travel opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field is required.
• Minimum of 12 years of professional experience is required.
• Registered Architect (RA) licensure is required.
• Obtain multi-state licensure as required by CESO to become a signatory for the company.
• NCARB Certification is preferred.
• CSI – CCS and or CDT certification is preferred.
• Computer skills necessary to enter daily timesheet data and use Microsoft Outlook for email correspondence.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam Revu, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and Newforma Konekt.
• Advanced knowledge of Revit, and/or AutoCAD.
• Ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction to team members.
• Supervise architecture teams as a senior resource for design challenges and project issues.
• Mentor and coach senior leads and staff for growth.
• Oversee budgets, labor utilization, and resource planning at the Business Unit level.
• Ensure teams meet client program requirements within budget and schedule.
• Apply advanced knowledge of architectural design principles to guide execution.
• Facilitate regular team meetings to share updates and best practices.
• Assist Project Managers in proposals, budgets, and design strategies.
• Ensure QA/QC procedures are adhered to by project teams.
• Supervise direct reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
