Job summary

Inizio Engage is seeking an Architecture Lead for Salesforce and Business Platforms based in Yardley, PA, with telecommuting within the United States. The role focuses on architectural planning, delivery, and setting enterprise standards across multiple platforms.

You will translate complex business needs into scalable solutions, lead governance, and provide hands-on technical guidance while collaborating with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align roadmaps with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electronic Engineering, or related field.
• 10 years of progressive enterprise software architecture experience.
• Five or more Salesforce certifications (e.g., Tech Architect, Solution Architect, Admin, Developer, Platform App Builder).
• 5+ years of end-to-end Salesforce implementation in Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural planning and delivery for Salesforce and related business platforms.
• Translate complex business needs into composable, scalable solutions leveraging Salesforce and other technologies.
• Establish and maintain enterprise architecture standards, principles, and integration patterns.
• Provide hands-on architectural leadership to internal project teams and mentor 1–3 architects.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define multi-platform roadmaps.
• Guide business process design, data modeling, and workflow integration across platforms.
• Travel to client sites approximately 20% of the time internationally and work remotely within the United States when not on-site.
