Job summary

Inizio Engage is seeking an Architecture Lead, Salesforce and Business Platforms, to drive architectural planning and delivery for Salesforce and related enterprise platforms. You will translate complex business needs into scalable solutions, establish enterprise architecture standards, and provide leadership across multi-platform initiatives.

This role, based in Yardley, PA, requires strong Salesforce architecture and enterprise software experience, with travel ~20% to client sites and remote

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in CS/IS/Engineering
• 10+ years in enterprise software architecture
• At least five Salesforce certifications
• 5+ years in end-to-end Salesforce implementations with multiple Salesforce clouds

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural planning and delivery for Salesforce and related platforms
• Translate business needs into scalable, composable solutions
• Establish enterprise architecture standards and integration patterns
• Provide high-level effort/impact assessments
• Mentor 1-3 solution/platform architects
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to align roadmaps
