Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency seeks a Lead Technical Architect for the Salesforce Platform to provide hands-on technical leadership and architecture direction across our Salesforce ecosystem.

You will partner with stakeholders and delivery teams to design scalable, secure Salesforce solutions and shape the platform roadmap, covering Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and integrations.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect or Lead Salesforce Architect in a complex enterprise environment.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce platform architecture.
• Experience translating business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions across configuration, Flow, Apex, Lightning Web Components, data model, security, reporting, and integrations.
• Demonstrated ability to define and govern Salesforce architecture standards, design patterns, naming conventions, release standards, and documentation expectations.
• Experience guiding Salesforce administrators, developers, consultants, vendors, and distributed delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical leadership and architecture direction for the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Shape and maintain the technical roadmap for MMA's Salesforce platform.
• Review configuration and code approaches, support DevOps and release management.
