Qualifications

• Enrolled in a NAAB-accredited undergraduate Architecture program.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for professional interaction.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing architectural design drawings, renderings, and 3D models for residential and commercial projects.
• Support development of construction documents including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.
• Research applicable building codes, zoning requirements, and accessibility standards.
• Assist in preparing design submittals for review boards and permitting agencies.
• Coordinate with civil, landscape, and structural engineers to integrate building design with site plans.
• Attend site visits to document conditions and observe construction progress.
