Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a NAAB-accredited undergraduate Architecture program.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, with professional interactions.
• Willingness to learn in a flexible, cross-disciplinary environment.
• Willingness to attend site visits and work outdoors when needed.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of architectural drawings, renderings, and 3D models.
• Support development of construction documents, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.
• Research applicable building codes, zoning requirements, and accessibility standards.
• Assist in preparing design submittals for architectural review boards and permitting agencies.
• Coordinate with civil, landscape, and structural engineers to integrate design with site plans.
• Attend site visits to document conditions and observe construction progress.
