Job summary

Qualifications

• Must establish NCARB record and complete licensure training within set time.
• 0–3 years of related experience; closely supervised role.

Responsibilities

• Consult with Architect to determine functional and spatial requirements.
• Visit project sites to learn existing conditions.
• Use tools to measure and record conditions.
• Assist in layout and integration of engineering elements.
• Prepare scale drawings and contract documents.
• File project documentation and transmittals.
• Assist in construction administration and on-site observations.
• Assist in shop drawing reviews.
• Prepare studies/reports.
• Create designs with CAD software.
• Maintain equipment and observe safety requirements.
