Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• 10+ years of relevant experience post-graduation
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Protecting and expanding existing client relationships.
• Developing new relationships with public-sector, educational, institutional, municipal, and civic clients.
• Building multiple points of contact within strategically important accounts.
• Identifying potential capital projects and client needs 12-36 months before formal procurement whenever possible.
• Improving opportunity identification, qualification, pursuit strategy, and pipeline visibility.
• Supporting collaboration across GMC's Carolinas offices and service disciplines.
• Strengthening seller-doer effectiveness through relationship strategy, client intelligence, and coordinated engagement.
• Establishing repeatable business-development practices that support continued growth.
