TST TACTICAL DEFENSE SOLUTIONS, INC. (TSTRG) is seeking a Project Manager to lead construction projects in the Hampton Roads area, overseeing budgets, schedules, and compliance with contract requirements.

You will coordinate with field teams, vendors, and owners to deliver projects safely, on schedule, and profitable. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years in construction, with strong financial acumen and mentorship abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years construction industry experience.
• Experience with budgets, Cost to Complete forecasting, change orders, and job cost reporting.
• Ability to read construction drawings and contracts.
• Proficiency with MS Office and project management tools.
• Strong communication and mentoring experience.

Responsibilities

• Own full project ownership including budgeting, scheduling, cost control, and procurement coordination.
• Coordinate activities with Superintendent/Foreman, field teams, and support staff.
• Serve as liaison between leadership, field operations, owners, and vendors.
• Prepare, track, and manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and logs.
• Generate monthly billings and ensure accurate invoicing and cost reporting.
• Monitor progress against schedule and budget; develop recovery plans as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date contract documents, drawings, specs, and correspondence.
• Support estimating, scope development, pricing reviews, and client negotiations.
