TST TACTICAL DEFENSE SOLUTIONS, INC. DBA TST ROOFING AND GLAZING (TSTRG) is seeking a Roofing Foreman to lead commercial roof repair projects across BUR, EPDM, PVC, TPO and related systems.

You will manage project execution, quality, safety, and customer communications from start to finish. The candidate must reside within commuting distance of Virginia Beach, VA and be able to obtain military base access to support ongoing projects.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of commercial roofing industry experience.
• Must be able to obtain Military Base Access.
• Previous experience managing employees preferred.
• Understanding of roofing systems, materials, and construction site safety practices.
• Blueprint Reading.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must be punctual and reliable.
• Must be organized and have an eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair roofs with BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope.
• Inspect roofs for damage and leaks and diagnose issues.
• Provide documentation of roof diagnosis and repair methods with photos or sketches as needed.
• Maintain the project construction schedule and attend coordination meetings.
• Oversee on-site safety, toolbox talks, and daily safety compliance.
• Prepare daily job reports and ensure weather-tight conditions at each site.
• Manage a small team and mentor personnel on-site.
• Provide on-site quality control and resolve issues promptly.
