Job summary

The role requires 2–5 years of practical experience, a bachelor’s degree in architecture, and proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, and related tools. Immediate start in a full-time capacity is expected.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years’ experience in high-end residential design and construction.
• Proficiency in residential construction documents.
• Familiarity with NYS and NYC Building Codes.
• Experience coordinating with consultants and lighting designers.
• Strong English language skills.

We are located in LIC and seek a friendly, highly motivated, organized, pro-active, creative and self-disciplined individual junior architect with 2- 5 years of practical experience.

• 2-5 years’ experience in high-end residential design and construction.
• Strong Communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• Proficiency in residential construction documents.
• Familiarity with NYS and NYC Building Codes and Building Practices.
• Experience with the coordination of consultants including Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Structural engineers as well as lighting designers and other consultants.
• Strong experience with Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Enscape, Adobe Suite including Photoshop, In-design and other computer application literacy.
• Oral and written command of the English Language.
• Multi-tasking/time management skills: the ability to work on several projects at the same time in either a management or production role.
